How does Uptick Partners, LLC protect my

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access

How does Uptick Partners, LLC collect my

We collect your personal information, for example, when you:
Open an account
Deposit money
Seek advice about your investments
Enter into an investment advisory contract
Tell us about your investment or retirement portfolio or
earnings

Why can’t I limit all sharing?

Sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes
information about your creditworthiness;
Affiliates from using your information to market to you;

What happens when I limit sharing or an
account I hold jointly with someone else?
Per the above, Uptick cannot manage your account if you limit
sharing with our every day business purpose.
Affiliates
Companies related by common ownership and control.
They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
We do not share with our affiliates.
Non-Affiliates
Companies not related by common ownership and control. They
can be financial or nonfinancial companies.
We do not share with nonaffiliates so that they can market
to you.
Joint Marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that
together market financial products or service to you.
We do not jointly market.

By signing and executing Uptick Plannings Advisory Agreement, I acknowledge that I have fully read and
understand this Privacy Policy and opt-in as outlined above. I understand that if I have any questions or concerns
about this policy, it is my responsibility to discuss this with my financial professional.
