We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Controller to join our growing company. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, ensuring financial integrity, and managing the financial reporting process. This position will be integral in supporting the company’s strategic goals and will work closely with senior leadership to drive financial decision-making.

Financial Management & Reporting:
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll processes.
- Provide actionable financial insights to assist in strategic decision-making, identifying areas of opportunity and risk.
- Oversee cash management activities, including cash forecasting, banking relationships, and liquidity management.

- Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Monitor compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist with audits (internal and external) and ensure all records are accurate and well-documented.

- Continuously assess and implement improvements in financial processes, systems, and software to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the financial systems support the company’s growth.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
- Proven experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

Reporting to the President of Enterprise Sales, the EVP of Bank and Broker Dealer Enterprise Sales will lead our efforts to expand our footprint in the bank and broker dealer wealth management channels. As an individual contributor, this role will be focused on new client acquisition and helping the Enterprise Solutions team attain aggressive sales goals. This role will collaborate with various stakeholders internally to meet company goals, while forging new and/or cultivating existing relationships. The individual in this role should also be able to lead and collaborate with cross-functional sales teams to achieve specific goals.
- Identify, prospect and build bank and broker dealer wealth management enterprise relationships by providing highly configured solutions and maximize value for the enterprises to grow their businesses profitably and efficiently.
- Strong focus on developing new prospects and capitalizing on referrals to increase sales in territory; use bank and broker dealer contacts efficiently to build pipeline.
- Demonstrate cross-functional leadership in enterprise opportunities and be able to effectively deploy the skills and grit to bring complex deals to closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams in the execution of territory sales goals.
- Quickly and efficiently become a subject matter expert in the Advyzon platform in order to properly demonstrates our capabilities across all aspects of the platform.
- Has demonstrated the passion and leadership in successfully landing and growing challenging enterprise relationships in the bank and broker dealer wealth management industry for at least 10 years, and has a deep and extensive network of senior-level contacts to help ensure immediate positive sales impact.
- Has minimum of 15 years of experience in a field-based territory sales position selling financial services offerings to large financial institutions
- Has a deep understanding of the bank and broker dealer wealth management businesses and is able to consult with clients and link solutions to the client’s business drivers and strategic initiatives.
- 5 years of management/leadership experience, preferred.
- Current Series 7 & 66 – preferred, but not required
- Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and works effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Candidates must be self-starters with strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. This position will require some travel.

Advyzon is seeking a detail-oriented data operations professional to support our alternative investment data process, leveraging advanced technologies and tools to manage and validate investment data.
- Onboard new clients’ alternative investments by working with client service team, custodians and fund administrators
- Serve as an extension of our client’s back office by managing the entire post-trade processing of alternative investments
- Validate and process alternatives investment data for clients using various tools and technologies
- Collect, analyze and process into Advyzon alternative investment data and notices, including Capital Call Notices, Distribution Notices, and Capital Account Statements
