Training Manager

As an Advyzon Training Manager, you will be tasked with teaching our customers how to use our top-notch software. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent customer service, great communication skills, a ‘whatever it takes’ work ethic, superb motivation and plenty of patience.

What you'll be responsible for...

  • Executing a successful training program to a diverse set of customers
  • Participating as a primary trainer on new enhancements and features
  • Creating and maintaining training material including Knowledge Base articles and recorded videos
  • Demonstrating strong knowledge on the platform
  • Assisting with special projects including but not limited to:
    • Process Improvement
    • Documentation
    • Client Outreach Material


  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience (Technology or Customer Service Fields a plus)
  • Communication proficiency; excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strong customer service, passion to deliver exceptional service
  • Must be able to learn and understand of Adult Learning Theory and training principles
  • Must consistently display a professional demeanor toward customers always and make positive contributions to the team

Implementation Project Specialist

Advyzon is looking for a full-time Implementation Project Specialist in our Chicago, IL office to help streamline client onboarding experience and become a core contributor in ensuring client projects are delivered with highest quality within specified time frame. Part of the implementation team, this role is expected to make huge impact on client’s first impression of the company and interact with all departments to ensure positive client experience. Our ideal candidate is someone who cares about client success and has basic understanding of coding and/or data analysis.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Researches all aspects of client's practice (or plan) to be used in onboarding process
  • Obtains required information from client and/or data vendors in order to get new data feeds in working order
  • If applicable to client, works with client to obtain historical data from client’s previous provider
  • Oversees timeline of onboarding projects to ensure project timelines are being met
  • Understands the full process of conversion and/or data processing requests
  • Proves accuracy of historical conversion projects by facilitating validation of reports to client’s previous provider
  • Participates in weekly status update with client to ensure all target dates are being met and all outstanding questions for client have been answered
  • Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward clients always


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Major in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics and/or Chemistry strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) strongly preferred
  • Aptitude and willingness to gain complete knowledge of software capabilities and internal processes
  • Excellent orientation to details, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to learn and transfer learning to others; ability to ask for help or escalate, as needed
  • Experience at communicating proactively and reactively with stakeholders and teammates to minimize future barriers
  • Knowledge and understanding of project management concepts and discipline a plus
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office software, emphasis on Excel

Business Development Representative

We’re seeking salespeople to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude. They must be organized, have a client-first mentality, professional, personable, proactive and both independent yet a team player. General knowledge of the financial services Industry is important. Specific knowledge of registered investment advisors and their technology tools is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Proactive outreach to financial advisory firms with the purpose of learning about their current technology and determining if Advyzon would be a potential solution for their firm.
  • Consult with prospects by asking questions about operations, process, current technology solutions, while understanding and uncovering pain points

Additional responsibilities include assisting senior team with marketing campaign design and implementation, helping prospects with Advyzon trial subscriptions, and various sales related administrative tasks.

Client Relationship Manager

We're seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for managing key relationships and helping drive product adoption among new users that join our platform.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop processes to monitor all on-boarding projects while developing new client relationships during product implementation stage.
  • Help drive product adoption, share best practices and implement growth and optimization strategies for maximum value and success within customer user base.
  • Engage external client users in formal training settings and provide expert day-to-day servicing on all product aspects.
  • Contribute to product research, service-improvement initiatives, and other projects as needed as well as provide feedback to the software development team for technical-related product enhancements.


  • Financial Services; Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Information Systems degrees preferred. (Recent graduates welcome). Previous work experience in the Financial Services / Finance industry is a plus.
  • Hold a deep understanding of investment management and/or financial services in order to anticipate the context of user’s needs.
  • Aptitude and willingness to gain complete knowledge of software capabilities in order to provide excellent service to platform users.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks based on the needs of the business and switch gears quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Strong customer support focus and the ability to exercise sound professional judgement while working with both external users, and internal operational and finance technical teams.
  • Proven organizational skills, and the keen ability to understand and juggle different business priorities that provide the most value to the organization.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel.

  • Develop our flagship web-based Advyzon product, with focus on either back-end or front-end, using HTML5, C++/C/Java, Vue and Ruby on Rails
  • Demonstrated success in one’s professional work and/or program of study
  • Strong logical thinking skills with a math, physics, computer science or engineering background and/or academic major.
  • Demonstrated self-motivated attitude and willingness to do whatever takes to get it done
